Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SAP Mass Uploader – VBS Recorder ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Software.
2. Nature of License
The Software is licensed, not sold. Purchase of a license grants you a limited right to use the Software subject to these Terms. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
2.1 Professional License
Upon payment confirmation, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable annual license to install and activate the Software on one (1) specific device. The license is tied to the hardware profile of the activated device. Activation is required before use. The license expires after 12 months from the date of activation and must be renewed to continue using the Software.
2.2 Enterprise License
Enterprise licenses cover the number of devices and duration specified in your purchase agreement. Specific terms, device counts, and support SLAs are defined in the Enterprise License Agreement issued at time of purchase.
2.3 License Activation
The Software requires an activation key to function. The activation key is delivered by email after payment confirmation. Each key is valid for one device. Internet access is required during activation. Unauthorized use of the Software without a valid activated license is prohibited.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software or license keys to any third party
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or licensing mechanisms in the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Share activation keys publicly or with unauthorized users
- Circumvent or disable any license enforcement mechanism
4. SAP GUI Scripting Compliance
The Software operates using SAP GUI Scripting, which is a feature of SAP SE's SAP GUI for Windows. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of SAP GUI Scripting complies with:
- Your organization's SAP license agreement with SAP SE
- Your organization's internal IT security policies
- Any applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, local laws) concerning the data processed
SAP Mass Uploader is not affiliated with SAP SE. SAP, SAP GUI, and related marks are trademarks of SAP SE.
5. Intellectual Property
The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to SAP Mass Uploader and title thereto remains with SAP Mass Uploader. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in these Terms are reserved. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR BE ERROR-FREE.
YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IN A PRODUCTION SAP ENVIRONMENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE CORRECTNESS OF INPUT DATA AND REVIEWING EXECUTION RESULTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAP MASS UPLOADER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DAMAGE TO SAP SYSTEM RECORDS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are processed in cryptocurrency. Accepted currencies include USDT (TRC20 preferred), USDT (ERC20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC).
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable after transaction confirmation on the blockchain. A refund may be requested only before the license key has been issued. Once the activation key has been sent to the provided email address, the sale is considered final and no refund will be issued.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or the license key was not delivered, contact us at support@saphana.online within 48 hours of payment.
9. Updates and Support
Professional and Enterprise licenses include software updates released during the active license term. Updates will not be provided after license expiration. Support is provided via email during business hours per the SLA defined in your license tier. License renewal is required to continue receiving updates and support.
10. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in your Enterprise License Agreement, or, for individual licenses, in the jurisdiction where the licensor is domiciled.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
